Target Height

Are there any specs on how high targets should be? If so, how high? If not, tell me the norm height?

Level with the bench is nice but the same height above the ground as the bench is easier to set flags. There is no set standard.
 
Make it easy

Short people hang targets too, so keep them in mind. Also don't make the taller competitors have to wear knee pads.
 
Most seem to be from chin to shoulder level for target center. Easy reach,room for flags, everybody's rest works.
