Tables for F Class open.

Was reading the rules for F Class open and read that a ”Table”can be used for the front and rear bags as long as it’s not attached to the rest as a single piece.Also it has to be a certain dimension.
I guess the question is does anyone use this to shoot from?

I guess I should not have written Table.I should have inquired about a flat board that is under the rest
