Don't know about best source, but it seems anymore that quit a few of the machine tool suppliers have been bought out by MSC Industrial Supply. mscdirect.com. Spring for carbide if you are going to cut very many extractor slots.

I've always found these guys to be cheaper than MSC for the same items

Are you looking for a cutter for an extractor cut on the model 70 and others? If so, most of the reamer makers have them; PTG, Manson, JGS.
