Need advice, which to buy, weaver t-24 or t-36, it will be with dot. I will be 73 this year [eyes not good] and only shoot 22 RF @ 50 & 100 yds. Compete only with myself. I try to go to the range once each week, during the week days. It is much fun and I truly enjoy it. Dan Killough has the best price, however I live in Texas and have to pay tax. Is there anybody in any other state that has as good a price as him? Your advice will be much appreciated. woody

36.....

I own a 24 leu with fine dot and shoot rimfire 25 and 50 yds I like my 45 best
and I'm 73...........for what its worth.

If it were my choice, I would go with the T-36 w/dot.. Our old eyes need all the help we can get.. Oh, and by the way, I have five T-36's and love them..

scopes

even paying tax you are not going to beat dans price ... i would go with 36 and if you have any problems put a 3 power davis booster on it...it will clear it up you can't beleive it ...i shoot with mine on all the time ..it will spoil you good shooting John G

Do any of you'll older ones have any problem seeing 1/8 dot? I can't find a scope with a 1/8 dot to look thur. Dan Killough, even with tax is the cheapest I have found.

Little trouble

I have problems at night under the lights seeing the 1/8" Dot. For that I had a 1/4 min put in my leuy. My next scope will be a NF 42. More Power better for my old eye.

Weaver T36 or T24

I have a T36 with a 1/8 dot and have not had any problems with the scope. It does every thing that I need in a scope, clear, I like the target knobs that are mounted on them, you can get ahold of them with your fingers and they move very well. 1/8 inch clicks at 100 yds. I/16 inch at 50 yards. I like the higher power (36). My 76 year old eyes likes that a lot. .......Slim

Thanks on the "old eyes" update, and it is good to know that I may have a few more years of shooting .
