ok in my continuing quest for a BUDGET 600/1000 yd rifle i have obtained a stock. while i could attempt this myself, the first real question becomes.." who else can do this and what is the nominal costs involved ?"

so anyone local ?
it will be a rem 700 in to a glass and foam stock..

what do i need to know /////who can help ??
