Steyr m95 Stout enough for 45-70?

A couriosity question. Would the straight pull Austrian M95 action be strong enough for the 45-70 Gov cartrige? I have a feeling it is not strong enough but any input would be appreciated.

Some of the cartridges mentioned developed significant pressure (check the CIP data), but are also smaller in diameter than the .45-70, I believe.
