Status of Rule Books & Where is the order form for a score plug?

I recall that the rule books were out for printing or revision... Can't recall. Can we have an update on the status. Also, I read in the threads that a score pluge is $5. Do I just send a request for one along with $5? I don't see anything on the order form to request one. I know match directors get one, but I'd like to have one to see how I'm doing. Or should I just plug the .177 with a .22?

Yes, the scoring plugs are $5.00. Just use the target order form and write scoring plug on the order and I'll send you one.

I have a list or everyone that suppose to recieve a rule book and had waited on actually placing the order with the printer to give each club time to shoot a couple matches and make sure the majority of the match directors were satisfied with the rules as currently in place before committing to the printer and verifing the proof copy. Based on the feedback from the shooters and directors I will get the order placed and have them out to everyone before the 2009 season begins.
