I am probably the last to know the news but I just recieved my registration form from the st. Louis Benchrest Club for the March 15th 600 yd. match and noticed it was going to be shot by NBRSA rules instead of IBS. As long as I can remember it has always been an IBS match does anyone know why the change ?

Rodney,

You need to check about your guns, I think the rules are different for IBS, and you Have to be an NBRSA member to win.

I don't think Ron is involved with the Long Range.

The NBRSA format is LG 5 shots at 3 targets. HG 10 shots at 3 targets.

6 minute sighter period first target. 3 minute after that.

Muzzle brakes allowed in both classes. Don Nielson

I understand the NRBSA format just not the change to NBRSA from IBS format. I shot at the fall match at St. Louis but didn't hear anyone mention that the matches in '08 would be shot in the NBRSA format and I was a little bit surprised when I got the newsletter today.

rummer has it that if you cant count to 5 NBRSA foregives you the problem i see the ones that couldnt get the 5 shots 4 times what are they going to do about counting 10 shots 3 times?????????????:D:D:D
