Spotting Scope Question

Can you use spotting scopes in IR50/50 competition? I plan on shooting the Sporter class this summer and was wondering if the 6.5X scope setting will be enough to see exactly where I'm hitting on the target.

Yes.
Everybody uses a spotting scope. (except Jack cause he is Jack)

Yes, and yes, if you have very good eyes and a very good scope
