Come and join us and see would is the King of the Sporters for 2008, the past winners will be there along with Chipper – he seems to have learned how to shoot a Sporter – maybe he give lessons. This should be fun and do not forget to get some raffle tickets to support Team USA – DJ, Chipper, and David. The prize list is growing Fulghum front rest, Shilen barrel, case of Eley ammo, Ivy Cleaning Rod, half off a Broughton barrel, Edgewood mini Gator bag, and there will be more and some SUSPRISES for the GA State and Sporter National winners.
The RBA is recognizing our sponsors for Team USA on our web page under Current Events (http://rba.benchrest.net/current/current.htm), call Elizabeth and see about getting your companies link posted or have your logo put on the shirts being supplied to Team USA.

Bob,
I like the idea of selling space on the Team USA shirts. It is an approach started by the Australian team and worked so well for us we were running out of space on the shirts to place sponsors. Hope it works as good for Team USA and with a bit of luck, maybe the shirts won’t be the only time we are well ahead of Team USA.

All the sponsors for the Australian Team are listed on www.oz-rba.com and yes Allan Hall is one of them, thanks Allan.

Looking forward to meeting up with DJ, Craig and David. The Australian and USA teams are working together in Italy, same bench rotation and sharing flags. But I think with all the sponsors logos we’ll look more a couple of Nascar teams.

Garrisone,

Regardless of which country, I think the people going to Italy are the ONLY ones who earn the right to wear the team colors. But if selling team shirts helps teams get there, good luck to them.

If you really want a Team USA shirt, after the match I’m swapping an Australian Team shirt for one of the Team USA shirts. Make me an offer, a very large offer and I’ll let you know.

Range Open on Thursday!

For the shooters who want to come early to show off their new wardrobe collection the Range will be open on Thursday at 12:00. Since Stump has been in hiding this could give a new person a chance at being awarded the ‘Best Dressed’ prize.
You all come now it should be a great time and when the festivities slow up a little you might find some time to throw a few down range.

It has

been reported that Doug will be wearing a USA shirt and modling his GA., thong. He will have plenty of ice cream too!

Since the Range will not open until 08:00 on Friday I win the Georgia State Award by default because the judging starts at 06:00 and ends at 07:59
(Walk-Ins not Allowed)
Since I might be the only one there to do the judging I thought I would print up my Award and frame it to save some time. http://www.rimfirebenchrest.com/misc/test.html
However the Sporter Nationals ‘Best Dressed’ title is still up for grabs!
Just bring whatever you have and compete.
(Sorry Fiddler but Trixie an Bubbles borrowed my “Ga Thong” at the last match)

It it will keep the gnats away we'll keep him in the thong!!!

Doug,

When you wear the thong, do you get a bikini wax or do you prefer the natural look??:eek:

And the question everyone wants to know the answer too, does feeling the breeze down there help reading the wind?????:D:D

The Van is almost packed! I plan to head for Cordele Thursday morning.
I have some Scoring Computers that are under $50 if anyone is interested.
I can throw a couple in the Van if anyone wants one otherwise I will leave them at home. In general they are great scoring computers worth maybe $50 but they have over $150 worth of software!
Just send me an email and I can give you the details.
