Speed Screws?

Gentlemen,
Who makes "Speed Screws" for rests besides the one Sinclair sales? I have a Sinclair, it works great, just wondering if there is one out there that works better? I need it to fit the same hole diameter and thread pattern as the Sinclair. If you know of one better, let me know the manufacturer and where I can get one, oh yea, and the price. Thanks,
