Source for F.H. 6-48 or 8-40 screws?

Does anybody know of a source for Flat Head Socket Head (hex or torx®) 6-48 or 8-40 screws?
Fastenall and Fasteners Inc. don't seem to handle any of the extra fine screws used in firearms.

Brownells has both fillister head & oval head (Weaver-style) screws in both 6-48 & 8-40, in various lengths. Dealer price was $2.42/doz. the last time I ordered a few bags....

I have been all over the new Brownells (arrived last week) and can't find Flat Head (countersink) screws. Bolt Depot is a good site but doesn't list Extra Fine sizes.
Looked at Leupold's site and at Leupold screws in Brownells and can't see that they use any Flat Head Countersink screws in anything.

MSC is my favorite vendor for most things but no Extra Fine Flat Heads.

There seems to be very little call for extra fine small screws other than the firearms industry.

Jay, pg. 198 in the #60 catalog...listed under torx head screw assortment. All of the individual sizes included in the assortment are available in refill packages of a dozen screws w/o having to purchase the full assortment. The Weaver or oval-head screws are countersunk flattop screws. Somewhere on that same page or the next, there are socket head (allen head) oval (Weaver) screws listed. None of these have the same sharp edges that phillips head CS screws do, but AFAIK, they're as close as you're going to get.
 
Thanks to all of you that took the time to help me, both on the board and by email. I was ignorant of the fact that "oval head" screws for Weaver bases are exactly what I was seeking. Duhhhh!
Brownells has them by the dozen, they will be on my next order.

special screws

If MSC does not have them they can get them from vendors on a special order. I do it with them all the time.
