Was a time that when you reran the New Posts function, you'd get the full list of new mail since last login, with those you read highlighted & the rest "ghosted". Now, I only get the mail I haven't read & any new messages that happened since the login.
I'm not sure that it's a real good feature. There are times that I second guess a posting as it were when something triggers a thought, maybe a similar thread I'm reading or a poster's name. I could go back to that earlier thread just by hitting the New Posts key. Now I have to remember where it was posted, which ain't all that bad, but still a challenge for an old bugger with a short retention span.
If I had a choice, I'd prefer the old way.
