Theres a thread over on AR15.com about a guy who found a Stolle Panda actioned rifle with an older Leupold 24x in a creek bed.:eek:

Its black stock is broken off at the wrist and has a broken trigger guard.....like it might have had a trigger lock.

Theres a few pix of the rifle in the thread.........check em out.

Being that it was in Texas...

....my guess it was thrown into the creek due to 4 in & 1 out:)
