So who in TX lost/had stolen a Stolle bench gun??

Theres a thread over on AR15.com about a guy who found a Stolle Panda actioned rifle with an older Leupold 24x in a creek bed.

Its black stock is broken off at the wrist and has a broken trigger guard.....like it might have had a trigger lock.

Being that it was in Texas...
