So Who Can Do My Barrel

I live in the Tomball / North Houston area. Have the following sitting on my dining table:

New Stiller Cobra Action (short version of the Viper)
New Kreiger HV Barrel
New Kiff Reamer (6PPC, 0.269" neck, 0.045" freebore)

Need to get the above barrel shortened, countoured, crowned, threaded, and chambered so it will screw into the above action.........................
