Go to the ARA website. Just type ARA Rimfire in your search bar and the site will show in your choices. American Rimfire Association is the sanctioning body. There are quite a few ARA matches in Cali. Just click on schedule and scroll. I did a quick search of IR 50/50 and the closest matches to you are in Washington. IR is more regional than ARA, mostly starting in the midwest and spanning heavily to the southeast and east coast.
If looking for just non-sanctioned club matches, search local ranges and see if they offer RFBR leagues or monthly matches. An internet friend of mine in Cincinnati, OH shoots a bi monthly league during the season and has a lot of fun doing it. If wanting sanctioned, ARA appears to be the ticket in Cali.
