Snow in Central Texas

Woke up this Morning,the ground was covered with 4.5 inches of snow. Some communities just North of me got 7.5 inches.
In Central Texas in March. Unusual to say the least.

I have been to the range to practice maybe three time in 2015. Crappy weather around here right now. A change is bound to come.

Not quite that bad in SW Arkansas but still unusual for this time of year. It is still bad enough that we had
to cancel our BR match this weekend. I hope to get in some much needed practice before the Shamrock at
the end of March. I really need to practice!!!
Enjoyed our visit at the Shilen swap meet. Always enjoy you, Butch and Jay Lynn.

Hey Joe...You got that much snow in Arkansas? It must of snowed all over the World.:D It was good to see you and Ray. kind of a surprise to see ya'll there, what with all the icy interstates. Them other two old farts you mentioned, made some money selling stuff at the swap meet. I drove 30 miles in the ice and snow to get there. Took me 1,1/2 hrs. All I got was a small bowl of Chili.:( Of course I shook a few hands and smiled a few times.

Made reservations already for April. See Ya there.

Josh said they got 13" last night in West Virginia. He is ready for spring break and a little warmer weather in Texas.

WOW! 13"....Reminds me when I used to live in Ohio. Drove My Aunt down to Wheeling to Church one Sunday Morning in the Snow.

She was head over heels in love with a Baptist Preacher down there. I slid off the road and messed up her car. Last time i was in West,Va.

I was a teenager back then.

Now up here in New York we tell the women that the snow is just like SEX, Never know how many inches you're going to get ,or how long its going to last! Will I get in trouble say that?

Now doesn't all that white stuff just look so pretty....It's all this Global Warming they keep talking about.....
 
I talked to Turk the day I took the photo. He was in Nuremberg Germany. Weather was nice there.

It's only temporary-

The white stuff will be on the ground here in AK 'till official "BREAK-UP" the end of April middle of May.
(break up is when the rivers start flowing house size ice chunks downstream)
