I have to pass on to you the great service Sinclair gave me this week.
An order placed on Monday arrived Friday mid-day with several items missing. A call to Sinclair reveled that one box (3 box shipment) was damaged in transit and was being returned by UPS. This was the right thing to do by UPS instead of delivering it to me for returning.
Sinclair is creating a new shipment (no waiting for old goods), with a change in the order by me, and over nighting it because of an urgent need on my end. No charge !!
As for icing on the cake, a live person answered the phone without a recorded advertisement, quickly figured out what took place, recreated the order without switching to 3 other people who had to have the problem re-explained and......drum roll......was not in India.
I love doing business with competent vendors.
