Sinclair Bag on Hoehn Top

That's exactly the setup I use for testing my hunting rigs...the Sinclair bag on a Hoehn top.

I also have one of the Sinclair fore end adapters..this makes load work on a narrow fore end stock a breeze. The one I have is their older design..but the same principle. A couple of pieces of Delrin made into a 2.25" wide 'u' would fit your existing bag nicely...or even just a 2.25" wide piece of thick Delrin with a countersunk screw to attach it to the sling stud hole would work fine.

Just yesterday I spent a few hours at the range with a 300 WSM light barreled sporter. The fore end adapter made shooting this big boomer pretty pleasant..even with a big dose of H4350 and 180 gr. Noslers.

Al, thank you very much.

I have a .375 Weatherby (H4350 also) but it is mostly shot from a Lead Sled Original which has rather crude adjustments. I'll try ONE round from the Hart with a strap-on Past pad. Mainly the Hart is for very mild .30/06 (Hodgdon Youth Loads).
