Similiar powders - similiar velocities?

If the same weight of powder gives the same velocity as another similiar burning rate powder in a particular cartridge bullet barrel combination:


Would you expect accuracy to be equal between the two loads? If not, why not?

No, because the vibration characteristics would not be the same.

Be very very careful when assuming that powders are "similar".

One powder could burn cleaner than the other - with accuracy falling off with each shot with the dirty.
