Silver solder flux

I have a project that requires that I solder some brass bushings together. I won't be able to get the flux removed from the inside of the assembly and in the past the flux has caused corrosion issues. Does anyone know of a low corrosion flux or a method of removing it from inside of parts? Boiling them in water may work, I would guess.

Flux the parts first with the acid flux and tin each part separately, then wash parts thoroughly. Use a rosin based flux and more soldier to attach them.

Just wash the parts in a base to neutralize the acid flux. Baking soda in hot water is easy and works well.

You can also try some 'self fluxing' brazing rods.

Stay-silv with around 5% phosphorous added.

You need to make sure the brass is very clean and use enough torch to get on and off fast.

Oxy-acetylene with a large enough tip.

Neutral to barely reducing flame.

Are you pure silver soldering(<600deg) or cadmium(>1400deg) or cadmium free(>1200deg) silver brazing the brass bushings together?

Silver soldering will require a neutral flame.
Silver brazing will require a slightly carborized flame.

Silver soldering-warm water will remove flux residue.
Silver brazing- alcohol will remove flux residue.

Borax based flux is used for bronze brazing.
Rosen based flux is used for electrical application/soft soldering.
