Does anyone know if someone makes a sighter cam switch for the John Loh rest?

Sighter Cam for Loh rest
It really isn't needed. The rear screw on my Loh rest is a speed screw - somewhere less than a half turn to go from record to sighter. But why touch it at all? Set up on the sighter and then just pull the rifle back about a half inch or so to go from the sighter to the record. Push forward to go back to the sighter.
