Sierra 180's in 284; load data?

I'm running low on 180 Bergers so I picked up 500 180 grain SMK's in .284. Does anyone have any load data they would share? I have both H4350 and 4831. I assume somewhere in the 52-55 grain range?

I run 55 gr. H4831SC with 180`s..... no problems.....
