What is up with the folks wanting to sell their guns??

They go to the trouble of figureing out how to get that ad into the classifieds, and then write a favorable discreption of the item for sale.

And after that, totally fail to get even 1 photo of the gun for prospective buyers to ogle. Digital photos are pretty much free, so come on now.

Listen up - if you want to get top dollar for your gun, include a bunch of photos!

JLG, I could agree with you if the ads were much more specific than they are.

What stock?
Which forarm?
How many rounds?
How's it shoot?
Selling because?
 
Some people want specific areas of the gun photographed. You can only include two with the ad without posting a link. It's just as easy to e-mail as to post a link. Why not just e-mail and ask for photos.
 
A Picture (not for sale)

Gordon had first dibs on this Grade 10 Suhl. When Dave Smith told him I was second on the list, Gordon told him to let me have it.

I'll be shooting it on Sunday at the Mavis Haller Memorial Match. I'll be thinking of you, Gordon. :)

Oh how I wish to be able to attend the Memorial Match! Just was not to be this year.

Those Suhls were the hot ticket then and hard to come by. But I gave up my turn to you gladly, you deserved it far more than me.

I know about a lot of things that you have done to promote firearms and firearms competition, but I'm sure that there is plenty more that has not been made public.
