Boy howdy what a day !! starting off with Roger upsetting Charline for 1st place on the second target.i just knew he had something up his sleeve when he showed up this morning..but I'm not going to say....we had a new -old shooter to the game -Ron Fusik he's a old BR-50 shooter and ARA .22 Shooter, he did very good at his 1st agbr game shooting in A-TEN group.useing a old FWB 300. every one had a great time. when Charline fines out what happened she's going to go on the war path....any way this is how it unfolded-
1st target.

LD , you won the prize!! BTW.we are going to shoot at 50yds ,if anyone shows up and wants to shoot with a .22 air rifle at 50 yds great.we are also going to continual to shoot the BR-50 at 15,25 yds. no one is left out . . . we are going to have are next match on sept -5th same place and time .this will be the dreaded BR-50 target .so come on out and give it a try. and if you want to bring your own bench and seat that's ok too. at's at the police range on federal ave . 8:30 to noon.
 
Rumor has it you folk SCORE with a .22 plug at the close range shoots, but have decided to not allow this caliber to shoot at close range ... is this really true? I can't come this sunday, cause we have a CASA FT match the same day, but If I find there are several folk beginning to shoot fifty ayrds, or that you are NOT DISCOURAGING the use of .22 cal at the 25yd matches, I'll try to get out there soon.
 
When I shot at SDPD, .22 cal at 25 yards was a separate class by itself...is my memory correct...??

BTW: I passed on your '50 yard' shooting info to some local SD shooters..all who use to shoot there before..
 
Our next match on sept 5th that's a sunday will be the dreaded BR-50 target.and this will be shot -if there's need at 15,25 and 50 yds, just bring your gun and if you want to bring your own bench and seat that's ok also. you can shoot .177 and .22 air . it just don't get any easier than this..the 15 yd is for the older 10 m guns.under 600 fps. cee you there .H.B.

50 yard: Open shooting.

Match Competition:

25 yard .177
25 yard .22
15 yard 10 meter guns..

Edit: HB...is the above correct for Sept 5 th..?? Some other shooters want to know....seems confusion is 'creeping' in re 50 yard 'open' shooting..and 25 yard .22 CAL as well..

Ok this is the deal- match sept 5th at 8:30 to noon. this will be the dreaded BR-50 target . for older 10 meter guns under 600 fps -15 yds . unlimited .177 cal . 25 yds.if you shoot a .22cal airrifle it will be at 50 yds. this will be at the police range on federal ave. so git out there and wash -lube and weigh those pellets.Cee Ya .H.B.
