As to the 100/200 yard game, your gun exceeds the 13# 8 oz limit for Varmint/Sporter classes. In this situation you could only legally shoot that gun in Heavy Bench (HB) in the IBS and Unlimited (UL) in the NBRSA, i.e. "unlimited".
