I wonder if someone can put this info all in one place. every year we get 16 posts asking for the infomation so people can plan holidays. every month the same question arises. how about a list.

both nbrsa and ibs would be helpful.

I used the calendar today to little avail

so if it were just listed in one place easy to use it would be so convenient.
the calendar is not used enough by those organizing the matches but I did not want to be critical of that fact, the calendar is there to use. we get a nbrsa newsletter as well but I am not schooled enough to be correct in all cases and do not want to mislead and have 10 posts critical of the info.

maybe the major matches could be on a separate page and then the others who wish to use the calendar could. washington state matches are every 1st full weekend april though september at tacoma. nice range nice people (except russ haydon, okok even russ)

the major matches over 40 attendees say.

the nbrsa long range varmint nationals in reno nevada on july 12 200

july 13 300
contact is nevrhad2@nvbell.net I think

some others I am unsure of.

If I knew exactly I would post in late december for both ibs and nbrsa in one place and everyone could then use it to contact folks and know match fees and contact e-mails.

still a thought

there is more

june 21 22 Michelle Sutton Charity shoot in south creek PA

you can probably see allen tuckers ex-personal scope in his favorite color when attending. (just kidding, see why I should not be posting this)

and IBS nationals are I think August 11 & 12 heavy bench or rail gun

August 13 100 yards LV and then SP
August 14 200 yards Sp then LV
August 15 100 yards HV
August 16 200 yeards HV then go home

anyone else like to try

all dates are tentative.

I know no contact info at this time

Jeff

just a few more

Cactus Classic March 1 2 Phoenix AZ

Shamrock March 15 16 Dublin GA

nbrsa nationals October 6-11 Phoenix AZ

Super Shoot May 21-24 in sunny bermuda (ohio I guess for those with no passports)

myles Hollister memorial match in PA somewhere around september ??

Jeff

now someone can add to this and put it in a nicer format on a one page somewhere with contact phone numbers, links to hotels, and e-mails addresses

THAT IS HOW WE INCREASE ATTENDENCE, and not sit idle and wonder why nobody shows up.

Just click on the NBRSA site here-APRIL FOOLS

Oh-April Fools-there ain't been nothin there for 2 years-u don't get much for the dues u pay, i'm thinking.:confused:What the? How about the people that don't receive the NBRSA news. How are they going to get information? Sure isn't going to be the NBRSA website is it. That's just sad. Where do prospective new members look for information-the IBS website which is kept up to date? Good for them. Sorry, i couldn't hold myself any longer.

BYW Jeff I think a lot of the clubs are working out schedules that don't conflict with neighboring clubs, ect, so it will be a while yet before they are cast in stone.

Happy New Years
Dave
