sholder bump

How can I tell if i'm bumping the sholder back 1-2 thous.back after fired.Is there a special tool I can buy to make it easyer?

yes...
sold by several companies.
sinclaire, hornady....use to be called oal gauge....
but has spcific tools that can be used to measure on the shoulder.
measure before, measure after...
or just try in your chamber..
