Serial number to twist rate?

I have a older model 70 Win that is a 6mm Rem. is there a way to tell the twist rate put out by the factory related to the serial number? I can and will get the correct twist myself, I am just curious.

OEM Win 70 243/6mm bores were 1:10" twist.

Attempting to push a 90gr + weight projectile out of a Winny Bbl will produce patterns not groups.

The same hold true for the 244 Rem & 7mm Express Bbls -light varmint projectiles only.
