Seeking Gunsmith for releif cuts on bolt

I am looking for a gunsmith to scallop, grind, or bend the bolt on a Win. Repro 52 to allow lower scope mounting. If anyone has ideas or knows of a gunsmith that can do this, I would appreciate your suggestions.

Prefer someone close to Virginia.
 
Look up pro-precision rifles, they do bolt fluting and search this site for Bolt handle repairs and timing. There is a gentleman in Alaska that will take care of your bolt and he is a member on this site. His name is Dan but I don't remember his last name or Co name.
