Security clothes for Airrifle

Hi,

I am extremely new to this, so sorry for not using the professional words.
My son is really interested in starting to shoot air rifle. We went to try it out and he borrowed some of the clothes needed to be safe.
But, he thought they were really heavy, so what I am looking for is to see if there are any "light-weight" secure clothing he can use.

Any tips?

I think you may be talking about standing 10m Olympic Style Air Rifle there are no such requirements or need for Benchrest Air Rifle.
 
I suggest you review the pictures of some recent airgun benchrest matches. Normally, clothing is very informal, dictated by issues of comfort and weather moreso than any particular fashions. The only MUST HAVE are some decent glasses for safety, as about all ranges require glasses. A long-brimmed hat is also sometimes useful for shading the eyes.
