Searching for Eddie Harren

I know it's not a work of art, it's just a chuck buster. But I need my Vanguard looked at by a pro.
I've met Eddie through TCSC and know he smiths out of Hyattstown, but beyond that I don't know much.
If someone could put me in touch to see if he can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
