We had 15 shooters today. 7 of our regulars stayed home because of the snow and freezing temperatures, but 5 other shooters showed up that were not frightened off by the storm. So we had 2 less than last month. Winds were gusting to 20 plus MPH.
Some lucky folks got to shoot when the snow was not falling. But: The cold and wind made for it "not so fun" for us. Little Paige Phillips had to quit with freezing finger before she finished her first target, and our Canadian friend Reg Richardson was the only person brave enough to shoot the 50 yard match.
Seems the only other shooter who could "really" take the cold was 12 year old Tryston Terpening. Trystan shoot the only 250 of the day.
