The IBS Score Nationals are going to be held at Holton, what program in normally used? who would have a copy? and can I get it? Apparently there will be a 2 Gun combining Hunter and Varmint Hunter and VFS will be shot by itself.

The very nice IBS subsidized Program for scoring Score matches which runs on windows based machines developed by Doug Weeter can be downloaded by any club or individual at

http://internationalbenchrest.com/downloads/download/ScoreProgram.htm

Many IBS clubs use that program. The excellent older DOS based program by Tad Parrecco still used by many IBS clubs can be obtained through me.

Neither does the 2 gun grand agg, the windows program which is Excel based could easily be exported to another spreadsheet to calculate the two gun the.

If you are asking this question on behalf of Holton gun club I would recommend you talk to me, all my contact info is on the webpage.

Bill,

In case you hadn't heard DOS is stone ages! The program that Pete used at WWCCA ten years ago was ahead of it's time and would be on Par with what is needed at Todays matches. I have a few programs from Keith Skjerdal, very good programs, but not so easy on the record keeper. I also have a few Excel files that I have worked with, but again they are very basic. Do you have something in mind?

at the 2009 Score Nationals and by Boone Valley Ikes since 2000 is avaiable just for the asking. HBR 100-200, VFS 100-200 and 2 gun are all there, in Excel format and will run on an old 386 machine if need be.

I have that program but it will not do a 2 gun, having said that, I will double check.

Do I have something in mind,

As of now I will be doing the scoring at the Nationals here in Holton

Matt has said he will have a 2 Gun combining Hunter & HBR if this program will do that, great and how do I contact him?

Yesterday I recieved a copy, from David Halblom, of the Program Iowa used. It does the 2 Gun combining a 6x rifle and the VFS rifle. The only changes that may have to be made is the allowance for more benches, as is the program has allowance for 5 relays of 25 benches, just a little format changing needed. Otherwise it has the dual yardage 2 Gun the HBR, the VH, and the VFS. It also allows for Equipment list and cometitor contact info. I'm happy with what I see in the program so far.:)

Thank You David,

Paul

please let me know how many benches and relays you want, I will see that it is done and that it is tested and de-bugged. What Paul has is a 5 relay - 25 bench setup. Changing it is not exactly as easy as you might think. But it is not rocket science. Just let me kow
