Scope rings, what brand are they?

I bought some rings in 2003 that are not split. They are silver and very light weight. I was told to wrap some paper over your scope and slip it over and tighten the screws with a torque wrench. Does any one know the brand and are they still being made? I checked all of the internet dealers and did not see any that matches them.

They sound like Hall scope rings, I use them and like them too.

Only if you want to use them, its the only way to get them on and off.
