savage 10fp action screws torque in "lbs. on factory stock

like a german virgin,,,,, good'n tight,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

seems I've read somewhere, around 60-65"lbs. but didn't know if the factory stocks could handle that much torque as flimsy as they are. but, I do know it should be tight enough so the action has no movement when a round is fired. Thanks! :)
