Gudday,
just competed in my first 200yd rimfire fly event down under last weekend. Whilst I won the event (only a local event with 13 shooters) I ran into a problem.

My sako P94s has a Weaver 36TD and I wound up a full 70 clicks (1/8 clicks) and still had to hold off some 30-34 inches above the fly.

Does anyone make either a MOA rail or mounts for the sako? If so how much MOA do I need?

cheers

For me to go from my 50 yard zero to my 200 yard zero, I have add about 30 minutes depending on the wind. That's with Eley match. HTH

G,day Chappo
Mate , i have shot rimfire fly at 200 yards on & off over the last 15 years & a few years back i looked into a set of mounts with a taper in them so i didnt have to shim the rings (always hate shimming expensive scopes).
After a bit of research i ordered a UK SPORTSMATCH one piece tapered mount designed to compensate for Barrel Droop in Air Rifles. with a 30 thou taper .
The mount fits straight onto the dovetail on my Anschutz rimfires & if i wanted to use my sako it would fit.
The great thing about this mount is i can remove it to shoot my regular 50 yard stuff & after refitting it is right on the target where i left it.
the only requirement is you have to turn the mount to face the other way & it will need you to file a port in it to allow feeding ,simple job its made of alluminium.(air rifles dont have ports). If you need a part number i can probably find it for you , my local gunshop had them in stock last time i looked .

Panther:

thanks mate, either a part no or just which gun shop in Sydney you got it from and I can give them a ring.

cheers
