SAAMI Specs?

Could anyone tell me what the SAAMI specs (minimum & maximum) are in 223 Remington and 308 Winchester for the headspace and the cartridges/case specs?
 
I have the SAAMI book, but can't scan. However, the CIP standards (European version of SAAMI) are online, you'll need to convert from metric dimensions.
