Location: 9736 St. Route 141, Gallipolis, OH 45631 (10 Miles West of Gallipolis, Ohio on State Route 141).
This will be our last 600 yard shoot for 2012. To celebrate the end of our 600 yard shooting season, we will be having a cookout at the end of
the shoot with hamburgers, hotdogs, and sides (potato salad, etc.) provided.
Please note that we have moved the starting time up a half hour and will be starting the first match at 9:30am. This is being done to allow for the time necessary to calculate the winner of our 6 best match agg competition, the three match agg winners, and still finish around our usual time.
Also, it would be extremely helpful if you would bring the exact amount for each match, or at least nothing larger than a $20 bill. Having to make change for large bills ($50 and $100) increases the time required to get everyone registered.
Shoot Details
- 3 Matches
- Entry Fee $13 per Match
- Practice Time: 8:00a.m.
- Start Time: 9:30a.m.
- 1 target per match (600 yard IBS) 5 shots, win by group or score, but if win
in both you only win group. Will also be doing closest to center.
- 7 minute time limit. Unlimited sighters.
- No weight limits on guns, Muzzle breaks allowed
- No alcoholic beverages allowed
- No bolts in guns allowed until command is given
- Bring your own food and drink (pop, water, etc.)
Additional Competition
As Fred Moreo mentioned at the end of our shoot on September 15th, if enough shooters are interested, in addition to the individual matches, we will be doing a three match agg competition at the upcoming shoot. We will keep track of the scores and groups for all three targets, agg them and have payouts similar to the individual matches. Fred will go over the details just prior to the first relay of the first match. As mentioned this will be in addition to the three individual matchs so there will be separate fee to participate in this three match agg competition like we do with the best 4-shot competition. Fred has suggested $11. Participation in this 3 match agg competition will be voluntary like we do for the best 4-shot group competition.
