rl-15 in cold weather...

started shooting rl-15 in 223 over the summer and had great results. alot of people mentioned that rl-15 is very temp sensitive in cold weather. to those in the know, is this more of a point of impact shift or a larger grouping issue? note: distance is 300 yards max at my range with most shooting done at 200yds.
 
Lower velocity. I had to add an additional 2" to my normal 600 yard come-up. Grouping was good, shot one of my better X counts.
