I have a Anschutz 54 .22cal that I compete with locally. I also have a Stolle Panda. I have been swapping my Weaver T-36 back and forth for a couple of years. I recently purchased an extra Weaver T-36 for my Anschutz. I am wondering how many types of rings will fit the Kelbly style base on my Anschutz or do I have to buy Kelbly rings for my .22? Any suggestions would be very helpful

The Kelbly bases are also known as "Davidson" bases. You sometimes see "Kelybly/Davidson".

I have 3 pair of Kelbly rings now and am thrilled with them, especially the extra tall polished 2-screw that I'm using now.

There are two sizes of dovetails for the Anschutz or Kelbly. The Anschutz has a metric rail... forgot the measurement. And the Standard Kelbly is a American standard measurement, both 60 degree dovetail. BUT You can order a Panda or Big Bore Panda or various other Kelbly actions with the Anschutz sized rail... IF YOU DO your standard Kelbly rings will be too loose to fit on that rail. Ask me why I know? I have one here that is a BIG Bore Panda with the smaller, Ansnchutz sized rail. That I will be making a Picatinny Rail mount for.

Mark give Jim a call at Kelbly's and ask for a set of rings to fit your Anschutz.

I have a couple of sets of Kelbly's rings that will fit on my Anschutz and the Panda, which makes it easy for swapping a scope between rifles......Ian
