Riflescope repair centers

I need the names of some independent riflescope repair centers. I need an alteration that the factory repair center does not do. Any firms that I can contact? It merely consists of changing how close the PA will focus. I need to get to about 40 yards. The current minimum focus distance is about 60 yards. Thanks for any help. Max
