Does anyone know how I can get in touch with Rick Averill so I can order a set of his Leather Scope Caps?
 
Rick is in Sand Lake Michigan, as I remember, he calls his wood, leather, and metal shop "The Woodstock".

Mike, I have a pair on my NightForce and they are a work of art. Rick is a great guy to deal with also, in my opinion the cost does not reflect the quality of the product, he is giving those things away.

Thanks Dan, I got Rick's email last night and ordered a set.
 
I got my Scope Caps from Rick today, I ordered them on Tuesday and got them today, not bad as I live in CA and Rick is in MI. They are as nice as they look in the pictures I've seen. I was lucky, Rick had a set of Caps for my scope in stock so there was no wait, but if you have to wait, there well worth it. Ricks email address is, averill@wmis.net

not to take anything away from rick i have one set but hart rifles carries assorted sizes in green neopreme rubber. hart rifles have an 800 nr. also.

i think the last ones were six bux.

i dont shoot a lot but my neighbor is a champion shooter and he used to get red ones at the nationals. he cant get those anymore but he never compalined of this. ill have to ask him.
