Looking for smith to re-barrel Remington XP100. i would prefer to not mail/ship gun.

In the Richmond, Va area would be great. Looking to do 22BR. I have correct bolt face for the case.

Would be using Lilja barrel.

Shipping is the least thought in my mind. A good smith doesn't have a lot of time for visits. You can ship as cheap or cheaper than driving.
