Hi folks,

A lot of negativity lately on the boards.

I would like to thank one of the larger retailers for having the time to answer numerous emails back & forth on products and prices. I am on the East Coast, he is in Phoenix. I received responses to my emails with in 20 minutes verifying price and if it was in stock.

Another small $500 order sent his way.

Thought I would do this instead of complaining about something other than the weather.

It isn't to me either, and I don't make too many of them.
 
Mr Bruno has been in the business for some time now and occasionally posts on this forum. He has a rather good size investment in his business and he obviously understands customer support.
Glad your happy with the interaction and his quick response.
