We finally had a good turnout, with 9 shooters showing up for a shot at the big prizes and glory that accompany a good showing at this venue.

It was a tough day shooting, with no condition lasting for more than a few seconds. Wind went from calm to 10-12 knot gusts, and dust devils went past just to the north and south of our benches. Tails on wind flags were noted pointing straight up, and trial and error convinced everyone that it was not a good time to take a shot while they were doing that.
Special note for Scott Gage, shooting in his first match with a new gun, he won the first card and finished a very respectable third overall.
Evan Gage, who had to kneel on the stool to see thru the scope, finally figured out that he was only allowed 1 shop per bull and finished with all cards over 200 in his first match of a very young life.
When my computer guy gets back in town, we will post the whole enchilada.
Till then,
Good Shooting.
