Replacement turrets for a Weaver T36

I have been told someone makes replacement turrets for a T36 Weaver but have been unable to find them anywhere. I don't care for the 0-4 4-0 format of the factory supplied turrets. Thanks in advance.

I also don't like the factory Weaver T36 0-4 / 4-0 setup - I have 3 T36's I would like to have a 0-8 reading on - does someone make something like this that would "tape" on the original turrets?
