Repeatability or accuracy or same same.
There is a lot of talk about electronic scales.
Price vs quality.
Being able to determine the exact weight is one thing.
Being repeatable is another.
I see some talking about the cheaper scales weigh the same thing at the exact same weight no matter how many times its weighed.
I am more interested in repeatability than absolute accuracy.

Without an absolute certified weight to check a scale with you dont really know about its accuracy regardless of price. THOUGH most of the good ones come with one.
Can the cheaper scales actually hold point on repeatability?

you get what you pay for...plain and simple......

how do you know when the cheap scale is no longer repeating ???...you dont.

people will jump in here and tell you how great thier 99 dollar scale is.......but the bottom line is this sport is getting more precise...bbl's, optic's, bullet's, powder, tuner's......
why stay in the 50's with a plus or minus 0.1 accuracy ???
a repeatable 32 gr charge is useless if it is not what you asked for.....
and what if that "repeatable" is actually plus or minus .2 or .3 when accuracy will give you plus or minus .0x......
just because a couple of guys cannot get thier scales to work does not mean ALL LAB QUALITY SCALES are not accurate and repeatable.
bite the bullet, buy the mx123 and dont look back...let the otheres worry about how much they put in the case...you will know.

As I said on another thread today, I do know how my scales are repeating because I have a check weight for each load I use & regularly check with it during the weighing process. I'm using scales with a milligram readout capability & the test weight will click up to the same value within a single milligram from one day to the next - that's 1/3 grain spread.

repeatability. tune on the day will becide where you set it. long as it repeats the exact value dont matter.
asif any are exact at the range.lol.
