Remington Rangemaster 37 - barrel markings

I purchased a Remington Rangemaster 37 yesterday with a serial number 11xxx. The serial number tells me that it was manufactured sometime in 1954. I have attached the barrel engravings and I would appreciate any additional information that can be provided about the rifle based on this engraving. I test fired this rifle at 200 meters and was effortlessly hitting a six inch steel plate with SK Red box match ammo without much effort. I can't wait to get it ready for competition with small targets at 50 yards. It should be fun!
