Remington firing pin fall?

I checked the firing pin fall on my Grandson's 600 Remington that I am building. The fall is .210". It has an .062 firing pin and a new spring. Is that enough?

Who's to say what's enough

I have been doing some comparing of fp travel on several of my 52's three different rifles, three diffent rates of travel. So far, I have found, that anything over .200 travel was sufficent. I found several sears that were over .025 shorter than factory.

Butch, I'm sure that will give you fine ignition. My Stiller Viper and Cobras have small firing pins and .200 firing pin fall with 23 pound springs. They all perform great!
